Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Room had a big fridge, microwave, percolator, safe, and 42-inch Smart TV. Staff was nice and friendly from the time we checked in until we checked out. Breakfast was buffet style and had a pretty big selection. Hotel itself is nice, but the location isn't as great. Malls are a little far for walking, but Alabang Town Center is a five minute taxi ride away while Alabang Festival Mall is around fifteen minutes. 7-11 is walking distance if you need snacks, drinks, and a few amenities.

We stayed in Azumi for 6 nights. We had a lovely stay. The room was nice and comfortable. Were on the 14th floor so the view was amazing! The staff were friendly and very respectful. The room was clean & the staff was courteous & polite. I hosted a party catered by their in- house restaurant called, Romulo Cafe in their 2nd floor events room Not only was the food excellent, but the service rendered by the restaurant staff (for my particular event) was super: Sherwin was very attentive to our needs & his assistant was equally good! I recommend Romulo Cafe for any private event/party & also the restaurant for casual/fine dining. Overall, the stay was a great experience!

The hotel wss clean and the staff so hospitable. It is an efficiency hotel that has everything you need for a ling term stay with a convenient lication thats a short ride to most places, Cavite or Makati. I did have an unfortunate slip and fall in the shower where I fractured my arm. Management was caring enough and staff was attentive enough to my needs. Romulo's Restaurant was delicious! The Nail Spa was also a perfect place to wait while doing laundry. I never got to see the pool because of my broken arm. Too bad for that.

Frontage: No ramps for heavy luggage. Uneven surface makes it hard to roll luggage. Room: Clean. Does not provide wash cloth/ face towels and lotion! Internet: Big disaster! TV unable to connect or freezes most of the time! No local channels! So if TV does not connect to WiFi, no local channels to watch. Gym does not have AC. Staff are pleasant and courteous though.
