The towels and bedsheets had stains on them. The pillows were old and the inside material was shredded and barely formed a pillow. There were ants in the bathroom and dirt throughout the room. There was also dirt and grime on the walls. There’s a good chance I got food poisoning from the breakfast, and was sick for the duration of my trip. The only upside was that the staff were friendly. We stayed during Carnival, so the rate was marked up high around $180 USD, so I’m confused how at this price they aren’t able to provide clean sheets and new pillows.

Prezados, Escrevo para registrar minha profunda insatisfação com a estadia recente nesta pousada, experiência que, infelizmente, esteve muito aquém do que foi apresentado no momento da reserva. Ao chegar, nos deparamos com um ambiente excessivamente lotado, o que comprometeu não apenas o conforto, mas também a qualidade do atendimento. A recepção, em especial, mostrou-se despreparada e pouco acolhedora, destoando completamente do padrão esperado. Além disso, diversos itens e serviços anunciados não estavam em funcionamento, o que caracteriza uma falha grave na entrega do que foi comercializado. Soma-se a isso o desconforto causado pelo odor de mofo nas instalações, fator que compromete, inclusive, questões básicas de bem-estar e higiene. Diante desse cenário, a sensação é de que o serviço oferecido não corresponde, em absoluto, ao que foi vendido, gerando frustração e decepção para mim e minha família. chambre réservée : suite exclusive : chambre vieillotte, pas de chaise, aucune décoration, pas cintre dans la penderie (photo), humidité et buée sur les vitres au réveil (photo), fenêtre ferme mal, pas de voilage, seulement un rideau opaque ; aucun rangement dans la salle de bain, pas de patère, lunette de WC ne tient pas.
