It’s an older hotel with modest upgrades. Comfortable beds, a modern tv, and plenty of room. The room itself was clean but there was some scum build up on the tub. You put this hotel in almost any city and it’s the best deal around but for the Smoky Mountains, it’s slightly below the other options but worth a stay. Staff was very friendly.

This was a very nice property for the price. Everything was clean. No odd smells. My only criticism would be the power strip at the nightstand was coming out of the wall and bring your own toilet paper. It is one ply.

I’m going to leave an honest review for any families looking to stay here. You could tell it was an older building that had been renovated. For the most part the room was clean. Our first night we stayed I took a shower and found hair on the shower wall that didn’t belong to my family and I. The beds were not that comfortable, the comforters had stains on them. The staff were very friendly but for the price it wasn’t bad it could have been better. Will I stay here again probably not.
