I would call it small if it were in any other location, but for Queen St in Toronto, it was excellent use of space. Pretty much everything you would expect in a hotel room.

I enjoyed my stay in this clean and well appointed micro hotel room. Check in was easy. Communication was excellent, and the lively downtown location bristles with entertainment, shopping, and culinary choices.

Room was okay clean, but very very small. Other than that great location and very nice “modern” hotel.

The Beverly is an excellent option when looking for a conveniently located hotel in downtown Toronto. The rooms are clean, affordable and have everything you need. The staff is courteous and helpful. During my last stay I forgot something valuable in my room after check out, the staff reached out immediately and went above and beyond to help me get my stuff back. I highly recommend the Beverly and will be staying there again in the future!

So glad The Beverley is back! Tho small - about the size of a modest Japanese hotel room - the bed is comfy, the bathroom is nicely-sized and pristine, and there's enough amenity to be overall relaxing and restful. For a brief downtown stay, this place is ideal. No elevator will be an issue when I'm less mobile, but it's okay at my current fitness level (which is "joe average").

This very clean, small and cosy room was perfect for a solo traveler. I felt safe. It was very quiet and the bed and pillow were really comfortable. I had a restful sleep. I really appreciated the staff friendliness and responsiveness.

Huge shower, big TV, hooked up my Crave and put The Sopranos on. Easy check in, no key cards to keep track of, just 1 code for all the doors. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfy. 2 minute walk to the Horseshoe. Can’t beat that. Lot of stairs though. There is one service elevator, but apparently it is only operational 8am - 8pm. (Sign posted on Elevator, did not ask anyone about it.)

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Queen West, with ample public parking across the street. The security and customer service were excellent and 24 access to your room. The room was clean and cozy and very warm for the cold December night. The bathroom and shower were clean and everything worked well. The bed was immaculately white and clean and comfortable. I would definitely return. Thank you 😊

The room was everything we needed for a quick trip to Toronto. We checked in a half hour early with no problems. The staff was always on site in case we needed anything. I enjoyed that we had a code to get into the building easily, which made it feel safe and secure (three doors after hours: entry door, door to each floor and the room door all requiring the code). There were many places to eat around the hotel and it was a quick 20 minute walk to Scotiabank arena and union station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto that doesn’t require parking and will be doing many activities. This hotel doesn’t require the extra cost for features that we don’t often use when visiting a hotel (I.e., the pool, breakfast area, etc). It was perfect for our purposes and would absolutely book again.

Firstly I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who made me feel very welcomed. Although I arrived quite early they were more than happy to store my luggage until check in.
Upon arrival for check in, I was informed they had taken my luggage to my room, which Ithought was a very nice gesture. Upon arrival to my room, the room was very clean with complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee. The shower was amazing, three settings and luxury shampoo, conditioner and showergel provided. The tv is positioned perfectly above your bed, so you can just wake up, sit up and switch on while you have your morning beverage. Their is a modern AC fitted with very good heating, housekeeping was great with bins emptied, rooms cleaned and tails replaced regularly. All in all, this hotel, has great friendly, knowledgeable staff who are on hand to help anyway they can. The rooms are very high quality for a cheaper cost compared to other hotels in downtown and the location is amazing. There is a nice cafe called 'good behaviour' on the bottom floor, retail outlets on your doorstep, scotiabank cinema literally a 2 minute walk, osgoode metro just a 5 minute walk for the metro to Union, Yonge Street, Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre all a 15 minute walk east and central downtown, front street and Scotia Bank arena, Rogers Cebtre, only 20 minutes on foot. Very highly recommend booking this place if you are visiting and want to keep your cost down but get exceptional value for money.

Staff are amazing. The location cannot be beat, right on Queen Street and not far from all the major attractions.
The room we had was very small and cosy. There is no elevator, so after a long day of walking you have between 1-3 flights of stairs to walk.
