Hotel is run down. I stay there for the 24-hour hot tub which is indefinitely out of service, along with the pool, which is a bummer. I tolerate the hotel not being nice because of the hot tub but I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time. Staff is always nice though!

The pool is closed. No notification. The front desk staff didn’t even mention it when I was checking in. It was on a sign next to check out stating “pool closed, let us know prior to check-in if you would like a discount or refund” how am I supposed to do that prior to check-in when the sign is off to the side and the staff says nothing about it. I noticed the sign as she was handing me the keycards. The room was clean and we felt safe. Just a bummer when you have kids who were looking forward to a pool.
