Horrible in every possible way. People smoking weed and cigarettes everywhere, drinking alcohol out in the open. Room was old, decrepit and disgusting. We didn’t stay. Took one look and left.

The girl checking us in was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was as old and dirty. The room was terrible. I pulled back the sheet and found hair all over the sheets. I would not even sit down. We did not stay, we immediately went to the office and told the girl we would not be staying related

Hotel location was great. It needs to be deep cleaned. The bathrooms were not clean. If that was not the case, everything else was fine… not great but fine. It really comes down to price point. You have to decide what you can put up with. The man at check in was excellent. Breakfast was a snack…. Which was fine for me.

Room was not refreshed once and I stayed three nights. I would not have stayed here if I had known the pool was out of service. Not only was it out of service, the seating area around the pool was closed off as well (no place to sit in the sun). Staff response to pool being shut down: "we don't have a good pool guy." You're in Florida, not acceptable. In retrospect, the hotel rating on Hotels.com is inflated.

We called 2 days before arriving to arrange a late checkin between 2-3am. They said no problem someone would be there and late checkin is ok. We arrived at the hotel at 2am to find the front office locked and a no vacancy sign. Tried calling the hotel several times with no answer. Contacted hotels.com support who said all they can do is try to call the hotel. So we spent the next 2 hours driving and trying to find somewhere to stay as most in the area were fully booked. Ended up spending even more money at a crummy hotel and hardly getting any sleep. Hotels.com eventually refunded us for the original booking after getting approval from “at home inn”. Very poor experience with both hotels.com and at home inn.
