Staff at the front desk is plaisant but we I ask for a bottle water for my all day excursion they refuse to give me ??? Stayed here to be near the US embassy. Most everything was pretty much as expected, location was convenient, the breakfast was decent, room was clean. Only complaint is the mattresses were absolutely terrible. Probably one of the worst, most uncomfortable, and hard mattresses I’ve ever slept on. And that’s saying a lot considering I’ve had a couple over nighters in county. If you value a comfortable night’s sleep look elsewhere.

You pay for what you get. Would not stay again.

No air conditioner and if you open window yo cool off during the night, you still can’t sleep bc of all of the street noise. EVEN ON 9th floor!! One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it offered Wi-Fi. However, the Wi-Fi was down for half of our stay and there was no backup offered.

Staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and well renovated. I asked for an iterior room not to have street noice. That worked, however as the hotel is connected to a residential tower complex, kids screeming while playing in the courtyard wasn't enjoyable.... That same building had construction works, very loud knocking/banging which was awful. While the hotel is nicely renovated, sound proofing or insulation in the windows/doors, in between rooms is non-existent. I could here my fellow guests next door and above me walking, caughing and sneezing. While the location wasn't bad, it was not great, either. Still acceptable for the price paid. Breakfast was better than expected. I will try another hotel next time.

Avoid this hotel by all cost. I was checked in by someone who has no businesss in customer service. I was over charged for my room she refused to correct HER mistake. I had to have her manager fix it the following day. While checking in I asked if there was a mini bar she said no. So I asked her where I can get a snack because I’m hungry she told me and I quote “go upstairs and drink water” . The room does not have a view as shown in fotos. The alls are paper thin, there is no hot water in the showers regardless of the time of day. The beds are horrible! Hard but in a bad way. Not firm just hard and cheap. You’d expect much more from this price bracket and because of the horrible experience I had checking in I’ll never stay at another NH property again. Here’s some pics of the room view from the 5th floor, nothing like the pics. Don’t be fooled, Run for your life it’s very very bad here.

En general tuvimos una buena experiencia. Teníamos dos habitación muy amplias; una en el piso 5 en donde la verdad el ruido de la avenida se siente desde muy temprano, y una en el piso 7, donde realmente no se escuchaba nada.
