Think twice, before you book your stay.

The reception staff attitude seemed to be the less wok the better, never mind guest service. There is no housekeeping unless you stay 9 nights or more and it’s only once. Then imagine humid air and the smell that comes from beach towels that there’s no possibility to change! We had 7 maintenance issues during a 10 nights stay, one of the included pest control even this is ensured that measures are taken for this not to happen. The property is only 10 years old, but a constant turnover of guests show signs and needs of a makeover. Missing tiles in bathroom and pool… The area is quiet. The view is nice, especially if you’re staying in the first tower, Indigo. Housekeeping and maintenance staff is friendly and service oriented. We enjoyed our stay, but… The promoted beach is just a promotion and a huge disappointment.

The property was well-maintained, with beautiful views and a secure, gated community that was well-lit at night. However, the assigned parking spot was inconveniently far from our building, despite available parking closer to the entrance. The condo itself had a fantastic view but lacked adequate storage space—very limited closet and drawer space, and the king-size bed took up almost the entire bedroom. The lighting throughout the unit was poor, and there was only one mirror, located in the bathroom. Additionally, the hot water ran out after the first shower. When we contacted Security, we were told to go to the front desk, which was closing in 10 minutes. Given the distance and time required to get there, this was not a practical solution. The unit was also in need of fresh paint and updates. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we will not be returning.

Great property! Loved the location, beautiful views! It was close enough to shopping and beaches especially when you take the scooters. Loved that it was quieter and less crowded than other areas. The pool was beautiful and never crowded. Would have liked a restaurant in the complex or a better coffee shop, but it’s close enough to others in the area. Definitely would come back again

One Happy Island

We have been coming to Aruba every year for 26 years and watched them build the Blue and Azure Residences. They are beautiful and have always wanted to stay in one. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit with no balcony. I don't remember that part in the description. If it was I missed it. Had I known I would probably chosen a different location. The unit was extremely small but adequate for a week but not much longer. I couldn't imagine being that cramped for the season. The queen bed was comfortable but in a frame set on the floor. I'm sure difficult for older people to get out of. The views were fantastic. The grounds were very well maintained. The infinity pools were exceptional although chairs were limited for a development of this size. As nice as the pools were is as bad as the hot tub was. It is an aftermarket hot tub like you might purchase from Costco and set on the grounds almost as an afterthought. Like the designers forgot to include it in the original design. In addition it was not working and management seemed unconcerned about its repair. The unit had window shades that raised and lowered from the top down. When open, it offered beautiful views of the ocean. It also offered views from the pools right into the unit. Offering absolutely no privacy. When closed, you could not see out and it was quite confining. Overall its a very beautiful development and I give them an A+ for the pool and grounds and a C for most everything else.

This property is centrally located toward many great activities. In spite of asking about hot water in our shower twice, we did not ever get any. That and a very unfortunate encounter with an arrogant and condescending owner at this facility will keep us from ever recommending it.

Nice accommodations but we found ourselves spending a lot of time taking scooters to other places in Palm Beach. There was also some issues with the apartment. 1) the clothes washer really needs to be repaired. We were disappointed to see the "broken" note on it and it was a pain not having clean towels for the time here. 2) Also I would recommend a toaster. This morning staple is missing from the kitchen. 3) the ice maker doesn't work either. As you can imagine ice is important for beach going. 4) It would have also been good to have some instructions for the bedroom dehumidifier. We didn't realize it had to be emptied so often at first. 5) Lastly, the kitchen trash can is too small for a place holding up to 6 people. Consider something

Great accommodations. Room was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Linens and pillowcases had stains(I understand washing in bulk) Shower was wonderful once we figured out how to turn on hot water. Staff was constantly cleaning and maintaining outside walkways and pool areas. Walkable distance to beaches and attractions and stores. Great stay overall

The beach chairs in the unit are old and falling apart. The beach across the street is very rocky and we had to pay for chairs to rent because the Blue Residence does not have any space at the beach.
