The room was not clean upon arrival. But then they have removed cleaning and you have to request the room to be cleaned. The stairwell was full of cobwebs and other dust. This hotel is fairly new but definitely not looked after - it looks really rundown despite being max 10 years old. Very sad as I have stayed here many times before but will not chose it again. Breakfast is OK. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, movie and local bus to NY is great.

When i checked in the receptionist told me that the water would be off from 9am to 10am the following morning, I thought ok I will get up at 10 to take a bath .
