Diana Rios is always so friendly ,warm, considerate and proffesional. I stayed there once and enjoyed my stay so much that i came back a second time in a week bc i enjoyed my stay so much. I love the QUIET that the hotel offers. I will be back in the near future

This was a nice looking and fairly well kept up. I would recommend the following updates though… we received the handicapped room on the second floor. The Handicapped bathtub/shower needs to be renovated. It seems safe but doesn’t look safe. I did use the shower but it was difficult to know what knob worked with what attachment. There is NO safety light in the bathroom. We had 5 total facial tissues for 2 people. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room did not work. Recommend another larger trash can in the bathroom. We learned that the second floor is where they put large groups… I will not accept the second floor again… too much noise, yelling, laughing, running, doors slamming all night long. Nice hotel, just ask for any floor above two if you want quiet.
