legian is not a city that I recommend it is not very beautiful, however the hotel and its staff were really top notch I recommend for those who are passing through Legian and looking for a nice hotel

Our big complaint was thst when we poened thr door for fresh air the room became wet from condensation....which didnt go away. The floor became slippery and walls wet. So we had to close the door and put aircon back on then eventually it dried.

The hotel was clean and very attentive to guests. We had breakfast included every day which was always fresh and tasty with a mix of westerns and Balinese cuisine. The hotel itself was kept to a high standard, however the scars of The Great Reset (COVID) still show with some area requiring a bit of maintenance. What made this adventure memorable was the fantastic staff across the board, however special shout out to Noki and Adit who would go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Definitely coming back!

The rooms are so loud. We were on the left side o the hotel, next to it was residences, they were so loud at nice it was hard to sleep. People walking around the hotel, guests ans staff, were loud in the middle of the night never had a good night sleep. Need to invest in some sound proofing. Alao the pool boosts a pool bar but they only sold mocktails and beer and staff werent there all the time. Breakfast was very disappointing, we wnet out for breakfast. Hotel is in a fantastic location

Having stayed here when it first opened have found the upkeep has dropped off immensely . Swim up bar available but unstaffed , no ladder out of said pool cut my foot climbing out due to broken flooring . Breakfast dissapointing . I like the hotel and staff are really good but just dissapointed knowing how good it was and can be .

Room was spacious. Bed was really nice. Staff was great. They are pushing eco-friendlyness. Which while usually nice, the toilets they use don't flush with enough water (low flow toilets). Causing you to need to flush up to 5 times to get everything down. This basically counters the eco toilets purpose. Our AC didn't work day one, we had to ask for them to fix it. They did, but the unit they use has either noy enough airflow or is too small for the room.

Place was very dirty and run down, breakfast was definitely the worst I’ve ever had, bathroom was dirty and had hair in the shower (not my own), pool bar was closed down and was so dirty and unpleasant. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone else. Lift was also broken down so had to take multiple flights of stairs to get to my room and was never offered help with bags when returning to my room after shopping
