We paid about $60AUD or around 6000yen and we got service and quality beyond what we paid for. The room is small which is clearly advertised, so it's not an issue,however the room and amenities were very clean. Staff are polite. Amenities such as washer and dryer were all in order.

Great location close to Susukino station with a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It's good if you like the nightlife, but not as great if you don't. The room and hotel facilities were very clean. It's a no frills type of place, which I expected since I got the room for a very low price. The breakfast was basic (a few types of bread), but the coffee machine was nice and had different beverage options.
