Good location but not great value for the price

Pros :Great location. Room was good size for London. Bed is ok, quite comfortable. Cons: service not great. They can’t even help me call a taxi, which is strange for a hotel. Cleaning staff also not the most polite.

Can do better but will definitely stay again

good: I got the room on the 3rd floor. The view was nice as it faced directly to the buildings opposite. I could take a look at the traditionally British houses. The room was warm and cosy. Lift functioned properly. Impressive TV channels (over 200?). Close to supermarkets, eateries, regent's park, sherlock holmes museum, tube station. There's even a sunday farmer market! Could reach the more central part of London in half an hour. The area around the hotel was quiet. bad: The bed sheet and comforter had quite some hair...And one of the pillow cases had a "water" mark. The room was not bright enough especially the toilet. The plastic shield of the bathtub covered only half the bathtub for some reason...Needed to shower carefully to not flood the room...The mini fridge had some water condensation. Maybe the light in it was too hot. My bed was close to the door. I could hear everything when other guests or the cleaning staff spoke in the hallway...The room didn't have tissue, alarm clock and morning call service.The kettle had some water remaining from the previous guest....The bottom of it was dirty. Just got water from Co-Op everyday.

A clean and nice hotel to stay!

A nice and clean hotel in Marylebone! The twin room is not big but is okay for two big suitcases. And the English breakfast they provide is good and cheap. The staffs are really nice and the environment is quite tranquil around. I am also very satisfied with the shower. Very close to Baker Street station, which means it is very convenient to go anywhere. Especially it takes about a 10mins walk to Bond Street, where many shops and department stores are nearby.

If you can, get a room not face to the front

Room is small, we stayed at a 3 person room which could only fit in one luggage. I think all the rooms may be the same size and just add a bed. Because our room faces Nottingham Place, it is very noisy. However, the location is very convenience, underground is nearby. You could go anywhere very easily

We had just come from 5 days at an average property so this property was great when compared. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, very good location. I had my brother and mother with me so we had a room w three beds. The room was tight but it was very clean and accessible. Bathrooms were good too. Only issue was the shower/bathtub. It was a bit of a process to get out after a shower because the tub wall was high. Add wet feet to that and you have an opportunity to do some damage. Despite this item, I would certainly use the property again as it was in a nice area.
