Very clean & tidy motel, rooms cleaned each day and clean towels if needed. The availability to the laundry was good with washers & dryers. Nice and close to the city centre, which was easy to walk and explore. Our room was a little noisy but that was to be expected as it backed onto a main road, but only a minor thing. Other than that it was great and would definitely stay there again when visiting New Plymouth.We are from Australia and visit often to see family.

Well appointed clean room in an area close to places to eat and things to do. Two comfortable lounge chairs in the room and a table for two. Large bathroom. No charger points by the bed which are always handy. Our room was next to the road so it was a bit noisy for parts of the night. Property has a laundry which is free to use. Parking was a bit tight the nights we were there. It’s not allocated so people park anywhere.
