Pros: The room was very clean, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The small kitchen had everything I needed to prepare simple meals. The room temperature was comfortable and easy to control. Overall, the price felt reasonable for what was provided. Cons: The printer in the business center was not working during my stay (though staff kindly offered to print my documents using their system), and the computers were quite slow. The refrigerator occasionally ran loudly at night. I did not report this during my stay, so the hotel did not have an opportunity to address it. Be aware that the hotel is located near a large semi-truck parking lot. At times, trucks idled for extended periods, and the noise was audible from my room.
