My son had a seizure from a high fever. Even with the insurance on my reservation, I was not able to get my money back from the stay. The hotel told me since I booked through a third party, THEY was not responsible. I needed to go through Expedia and make a claim . Expedia told me to contact the hotel. This would have been my first time at this hotel and now I don’t want to ever book them or go through Hotels.com ever again

My stay here was good, it was a nice quick weekend getaway
