Spent 3 days in Toulouse for Rugby 2023 World Cup the place was perfect. Quiet Clean. Bed was comfortable. Area was great with plenty restaurants and places to see Guy at desk was nice and great communication picking up key after hours.

The hotel was close to the railway station and shops, bars and restaurants but also to some adults only clubs, although it wasn't an issue. It was disappointing that the swimming pool was closed as I had emailed the property a few weeks before and it was confirmed that it was open May to October.

Convenient to the train station, walkable within 30 minutes to most areas within Centre Ville Toulouse. There are a few adult establishments nearby but they did not impact our stay however we were not out during the late evenings/nights. Housekeeping was great, small kitchen was handy for light meals in the evening. The balcony offered a nice overlook of the neighborhood which we enjoyed while having our morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Good clean, comfortable room with everything you need and a kitchenette. Very handy to the train station and bus stop. We were happy with there being a bath but even though there was good hot water elsewhere in the room, the water only ran lukewarm into the bath. There is nobody available and doors are locked until 3pm so you can't drop your luggage if you arrive by public transport.

Der erste Eindruck war super, wir wurden freundlich am Empfang willkommen geheißen. Das Zimmer war gross und geräumig, aber schmutzig, insbesondere WC, Küche und Badezimmer. Da wir davon ausgingen, dass jeden Tag jemand sauber machte, meldeten wir das nicht am Empfang. In den drei Tagen war nie jemand der Putzequipe im Zimmer. Frühstücksbüffet. Das war gut und reichaltig. Am zweiten Morgen hatte es dann kein Brot, kein Käse und kein Kaffee mehr. Von den Angestellten war nur ein junger Mann anwesend. Er brauchte ca. 15 Minuten, um ein gebrauchtes Geschirr 1 Tisches durch ein neues Geschirr zu ersetzen. Wir wollten ihn nicht fragen und aus seinen Träumen reissen, sonst wäre er dann in den Stress geraten.

My stay here was very nice. The room was clean and had a lovely little kitchinette area. I didnt utilize it but it waa stocked with basic pots/pans and utensils. The front desk was responsive and it was helpful they spoke English. I also sampled their breakfast on one day and it was good. I ended up just stuffing myself with croissants in my room so I only had it once. The area around the hotel might make you feel a little unsafe but I had no issues. A few hundred feet down Rue Lafon you're on the main street. As a solo traveler it was a fine stay and let me walk to all the major sites in Toulouse.

Not only was the property accesible and convenient, the personnel is extremely kind, accomodating, and friendly. They also have bilingual and trilingual staff, which is really helpful for foreigner tourists. I'd absolutely come back.
