Great hotel with friendly staff located close to Waterloo Station. The breakfasts are very good and the staff could not be more accommodating (they have agreed to a 1pm checkout every time I have asked). I look forward to my stay here every time I am in London.

Chris was the most helpful and made sure we were taken care of during our entire stay. Chris was off the morning of our departure, and he still ensured our taxi was waiting for us at 5AM!
