Having stayed at this Apartment Block last summer we elected to stay in the larger apartment and found it really spacious, comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus for the views, although this time of year was too cold for sitting outside. I would definitely consider booking again in the future although we have already booked another stay in three months time and are trying one of the smaller rooms as it is only for a short stay. As mentioned in last years review, we really love the area.

The apartment was decent—well-appointed and incredibly clean and organized. That said, paying what I did a night felt pretty insane, even if everything else in Stockholm seemed priced up that weekend. The major frustration was the WiFi; it was completely unusable during my stay. I had not way to do work from the road from the apartment. Also, while public transit is good, the neighborhood is a bit tucked away from the main central spots a tourist usually wants to see. Fine overall, but a bit overvalued.

Great stay!

Was only here for 3 nights, but it was a wonderful place to stay. Check-in directions were clear, i was able to add parking to our stay, which is off street in a secure garage. Accommodations were clean and as described. It was warm when we were there, and there is no AC, but when we called to request a fan, it was delivered promptly. Would recommend it to anyone.

Spacious apartment in a safe & quiet area.

We highly recommend ApartDirect in Sjostad. The room was perfectly clean and very spacious. The bed comfortable and bathroom spacious with an added bonus of a washer come dryer as well. Location is near transport options in a nice area with eateries and convenience stores in easy walking distance from the apartment. Quiet and safe area.

I had an excellent experience , it was as expected- everything in the apartment, clean and nice , ,comfortable bed,quiet neighborhood,near to transport that takes you to city center. The only inconvenience was that the water from the shower wet the floor a lot . One of the elevators was out of function my last three days although there was another elevator working on the other side of the building. It’s important to take care of this inconvenience quicker. Other wise i would definitely come back to this place again.

The property was very close to grocery and pharmacy options. Instructions for the rooms were very clear and the checkin and checkout process was smooth. Local tram access is a very short walk away and the view of the hillside was interesting. The room was very clean and well equipped. The price was very affordable for Sweden. The location is great—you can reach the city center on foot, and there are a few supermarkets nearby. We had a very good time staying there. Just a small suggestion: it would be helpful if the kitchen provided basic items like salt, pepper, and oil, as that would make things easier for guests. We also had a small issue with the sofa bed, which was a bit noisy, and the hair dryer didn’t work very well and felt like it might break.

Easy check in. Good to have separate duvets. Not very clean. Lots of crumbs/food bits/hairs on bedding/shower not clean. Needs a hoover. No tea/coffee provided as was in desceiption. There was also an ongoing noise like an extractor fan in apartment that was constant. Also a trip hazard on floor 3 in hallway with no explanation a ventilation maching thing around doorways of apartments
