Every staff of Lotte Hotel Guam was very kind and friendly. Most guests were Korean, but it doesn't matter. Also, it has three swimming pools, including one pool for kids, they were very exciting. 古さは否めませんが…良心的な料金のホテルです！

韓国系のホテルということは分かったうえで予約しましたが、受付の第一声から韓国語でした。会話は韓国語か英語の2択で日本語は一切通じませんが、対応は丁寧な方がほとんどでした。 ホテルは全体的に古さは否めません。エントランスも含め、写真で見るほど豪華な感じではありません。アイランドウィングだったからというのもあるかもしれませんが、リビングの空調はほぼ効かず、逆に寝室の空調はどんなに調整しても勝手に下がりすごく寒かったです。バスルームが2つある部屋でしたが、1つは温度調節が全くできず、シャワーカーテンが短くて床がびしょびしょになってしまいました。また、初日から髪の毛が詰まっていて、掃除が行き届いていない感じもしましたが、もう1つのバスルームは温度調節もできましたし、快適でした！ 良かった点としては部屋からの景色です。期待していませんでしたが、どの部屋からも海が見え、ハワイで同じ景色の部屋に泊まったら倍以上の値段はするだろうなーと感じました。 プールは子供用からインフィニティまで種類があり、空いていて快適でした！ 全体的に辛口コメントになってしまいましたが、物価が高騰する中、良心的な料金で宿泊出来たので古さや不具合も範疇かなと感じます。
