Throughout the visit, the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean and cleaned everyday. Located near the main tourist street, Quinta Avenida, the port with ferries to Cozumel and of course the beach, there is no need to use taxis at all. Breakfast was optional, and was only for adults. The kids had to pay their breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was nice and refreshing, especially in the extreme hot days.

This hotel is a no go for me for no fault of theirs. It's close to the pedestrian area and the beach, which is amazing for daytime. But at night the club next door plays heavy EDM so unless you go to bed after 3-4pm it make it unbearably noisey. Great, clean, beautiful hotel. But I cannot recommend staying there unless for party people.

Mix up with booking but they put us up at sister hotel and rode us there as well as dropped us at bus station to airport next day . We book here when we travel thru Mexico frequently like the location and service . It’s a bit older hotel but kept clean . Friendly staff .

Our 3-4 stay here each time it’s very good service . Clean rooms tho a bit older hotel they keep it clean . We were upgraded to a very nice suite which I wished we had more time to enjoy . Had 2 balconies huge room with huge bathroom. The check in clerk forgot his name was very professional and kind . Will continue to stay here in future.

This property is beautiful! The staff are great, the cleaning crew are amazing and the facilities are kept so clean and sanitized! The Suite we stayed was big and so much natural light! One thing I will say, if you are a light sleeper, don’t stay here. There is a club next-door that don’t turn off onto 2:45 AM but other than that I will stay here again and I will recommend this hotel to everyone that asks

The location was convenient for our plans the pool was excellent, the receptionist needs more training and take time to explain the functionality of the door key, remote control for TV as well for the temperature controller, and should do something about those dispatching the taxi service in front of the hotel prices too high for travelers or tourists.

Too loud and too hot.

Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. Good location to be close to the action. Con’s: It’s like trying to sleep on the dance floor of a night club. Air conditioning is basically non existent. We were only there for 2 nights so didn’t make a fuss and not sure if it was just our room. Would not return or recommend.
