Great stay

Clean room, comfortable bed, COLD AC, and the max shower pressure! Even though it is an older motel, everything was well cared for and in excellent condition. Only improvement would be updated furniture and some drawer space. Excellent location and best price for where it is at to Main St. Would definitely come back.

It couldn't have been nicer!

The Peach Tree Inn was such a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this place went way above those expectations. The carport right next to our door for easy loading/unloading was fantastic. The spacious, comfy and inviting room was far beyond our expectations. This is definitely going to be a regular stop in our travels.

We plan to stay here again

We enjoyed our stay, the king size bed room was big and had a sofa bed if needed. The court yard was a nice place to sit and relax in at the end of a great day shopping and listening to live music. This is a very walkable location to Main Street. As an older motel, it has covered parking for most rooms which is great if a random hail storm pops up.

Great hideout!

We stayed in the cabins in the back. Highly recommended! Cabin is ready for cooking if you want and walking distance to the Main Street and the pool/hot tub. Clean. Quiet Parking is great. Felt very safe and quiet! Morning treats in the office were nice too!

Great value. Great stay.

Tremendous value compared to other area options. Motel has a vintage ambiance. Attractive, spacious room with all the amenities and comfortable bed. My room had a carport. Some rooms have kitchens. Houses with full kitchen also available. Friendly staff. Just short walk to restaurants and shopping area. Short drive to Enchanted Rock and scenic drives through hill country. Continental breakfast one of best I've had with lots of options and premium pastries from local bakery. I'll be returning in the spring for bluebonnet season.

Uncomfortable Night

Will not be staying here again. I will preface this by saying the room was clean & the staff was nice. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in (#1) was so uncomfortable that our 1-night getaway in Fredericksburg was not so nice. The ac unit cooled but it was so incredibly humid & sticky in the room that it was impossible to sleep comfortably. The overhead lights (for some reason connected to the fan switch) came on every hour by themselves. I woke up 3x to turn them off & my partner woke up twice. Between the two of us we got a few hours of sleep and by checkout in the morning we just wanted to be home. Lastly, the toilet did not work at all from the very start. It would fill up with water & not go down. After all of this, I inquired as to their refund policy and the front desk said I should’ve brought it up earlier which I understand in concept but when staying for one night there’s not much opportunity to do. They basically shrugged and said there’s nothing they could do. The best part about this place is the location walkable to downtown Fred & the old but okay-ish pool. Again, will not stay here again or recommend it.

Relaxing place to be

The place was quite nice and quiet. Our cabin was pretty spacious. It had a king size bed, couch, small table & chairs. The bathroom was separate and had a really nice big shower. We enjoyed the chairs out front on the cover porch. Each place has their own cover parking place but don’t bring an oversized vehicle. Has a nice grass area for our furbabies. I highly recommend the Peach Tree to stay at.

Hidden gem

The staff called early in the evening to verify our arrival time as they don't have a 24/7 front desk. They have carports to park in if your vechile fits and cute front sitting areas. The room was more spacious than we expected and the bathroom was vert nice. Plenty of room and the area was very quiet.
