Very clean and modern accommodation, the location was fantastic as well with the piazza being only a matter of a couple minutes walk away and 15-20 minutes from Porto Nuova train station. We received about 12 emails about the check-in despite having answered the first message. We were not able to access the apartment with the code. Thankfully someone came rapidly. Apparently the batteries in the lock needed to be changed. It was a nice apartment with lots of space and the welcome bottle of rosé was a nice attention. Overall the stay was fine. Just frustrated with the check-in process.
