The manager, Juan, deserves a HUGE raise. He turned this property from a bland Motel 6, into a true Palm Springs resort. We’ve stayed here many times, because we travel with our cat, and it’s a different property under his leadership. This has become a totally different place because of Juan.

The room was large and had both a fridge and microwave. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the manager, Juan, is VERY accommodating. He even allowed us to stay in an upgraded room even though the room I booked for an extension was the next grade down (no microwave).

Room wasn’t bad, but the bed definitely needs replacing. Area very sketchy. Was woke up up at 2:30am with people running by our door and then someone pounding on our door wanting in. Called the front desk to tell them there were issues. When we checked out we asked about it and the previous desk clerk didn’t even mention there were issues. The grounds were a homeless area.
