Hotel is in a good location with easy access (right by Shinjuku Station) to popular sights. Room is clean but small as to be expected in Japan. But could really use some drawers/shelves or storage space as we stayed 6 nights and lived out of our suitcase as couldn't unpack so wrinkled clothes was the norm. Staff are polite and helpful.

The rooms are small, fine to live in, but difficult with luggage, so be ready to have little floor space left. The building is relatively close to Shinjuku station. But that station is HUGE, and sometimes you left an exit that was a 15 min walk from the station, and other times 5 minute walk. So keep that in mind. It's not the easiest to find the right exit every time (believe me).
