The Best for Travellers to Ludhiana.

A very good, satisfying stay. The product is very good quality and delivering it are some very professional people. We departed with a very good feeling and would like to return some day. Property and people were great and very grateful to the hotel front desk to give us a room on the eight floor with easy access to the gym which is on the eight floor. The only issue (if I were to point out one) was a bit of leakage in some spots on the eight floor. Not sure if this was due to the pool on top or the monsoon season or both. But other than that everyone and everything at this hotel is amazing. We choose to have a la carte meals as we were not hungry enough for the buffet, and the meal and service was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody visiting the city.

Travelled from UK. Extremely Clean hotel, good hot showers, staff friendly, nice mattresses, good range at breakfast. It’s a 5 star standard hotel. It could do with a little TLC, but still clean. They supply bottled water which is helpful. Tried restaurant, portions are big, had matter paneer, it was big enough for two people. Had a drink in the bar, very nice bar. If you there to do cloths shopping i.e Indian suits, your about 10 mins uber ride away from the main shops, and it’s an about £1.50 one way. Uber works well if you have the app. One thing to note is a uk USB phone charger doesn’t work, you need an Indian USB lead and Indian adapter. I asked reception if they could supply as I arrived late and they couldn’t. It would be good if they had such things on hand until you can get to a shop and purchase.

During my extensive travels through Sri Lanka and India, which included stays in over 12 hotels boasting 4 and 5-star facilities, my experience at Hotel Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, Punjab, was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by well-spoken and friendly front desk staff Komal. However, the promise of a luxurious experience quickly faded when I entered my allotted room, which was subpar even by basic standards. The room appeared neglected and poorly maintained, akin to accommodations found in a railway station rather than a reputable hotel chain like Hyatt. After raising my concerns with the manager Rishi on duty and being promised a "better room," the subsequent room provided was marginally improved but still lacked cleanliness and attention to detail. The presence of moisture in the bedding led to discomfort for my wife, who experienced allergies necessitating medication. Despite assurances from the manager regarding rectifying the cleanliness and drainage issues, the follow-up was lacking, with the room not being properly attended to until late afternoon. Furthermore, attempts to extend my stay were met with uncompetitive rates compared to online platforms, and the promised assistance from Mr. Ram via phone was unfulfilled. Additionally, the property showed signs of neglect and insufficient maintenance, with visible damages throughout various areas. In summary, my stay my stay at Hotel Hyatt Regency Ludhiana fell short of expectations.

A very good choice of buffet for breakfast and dinner. The food is always delicious. The room service was also very good, including the portion sizes. The staff looked after us very well. They accommodated us as much as possible as we needed an early check in and late check out, this made our stay more relaxed. Kundan and Amanpreet were friendly but professional.
