First off the staff is absolutely wonderful!! The view is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, the fridge has ample space for leftovers and lots of drinks and even enough room in the freezer for a bag of ice! They are pet friendly which is a huge plus for me because I’m traveling with a 7 month old puppy. I would highly recommend staying here!!

The hotel is great regarding the pool, the views, the beach access. The bedroom have a great dimension but the structure do not block the noise - namely during the night. So, the night experience wasn't the best. Avoid the rooms in the reception floor.

Overall it was great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were welcoming. The room had good interior decor however we felt there needed to be further renovations to the hotel. It was quite noisy in the room from the main road traffic. The pool side area was very nice with great views. The beach was a bit unclean with cigarette ends etc but cannot always be helped I know. The breakfast was ok but the cooked produce could be improved as appeared dried out and unappetising. There are a few lovely local restaurants if don’t want to walk 20 minutes into Rethymno. We enjoyed it for a one night stay.

Overall a good experience. A lot of potential if they were to renovate the rooms but clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the main street. (Sea view room) Nice and kind personnel. Breakfast could definitely improve a lot. Great position, you can enjoy the pool aerea and the beach on the days you don't want to explore the island. 15/20 min walking to Rethymnos old town (and main bus station) and a couple of minutes from some very nice restaurants. Recommended if you don't look for exclusive stay but for a very nice budget vacation.

Pour ma part tout était parfait, service , déjeuner, la vue extérieur sauf la chambre! Vraiment déçu, on se base un peu sur la photo quand on nous demande de réserver et on fait notre choix, nous..... on nous a donné une chambre au semi sous sol, jamais j ai eu ou accepté une chambre au 1er plancher, encore moins semi sous sol. Pour le reste c était parfait.

Für uns war die Lautstärke ein Problem

Die Hotelausstattung ist i.O. und das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ist etwas schlicht und man hört in den Zimmern Strassenlärm , da das Hotel direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse liegt.
