Fabulous hotel , second time staying here. Room exceptional and the bed is incredibly comfortable. A little out of the city centre , very close to the new Everton ground and 5 minutes walk to Blackstone st warehouse. Breakfast is amazing …. Honestly have zero faults with this hotel. Will be back next time we re in Liverpool !!

The cleanliness and décor were amazing. Staff were extremely helpful and the food was fabulous. We would have liked to have been able to open a window in our room but due to the age of the property, our window did not open. Would request a room with an open window in future.

Excellent staff who were all friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had an evening meal which was really nice and the breakfast we fantastic, so much choice and all fresh. Location was good, about 20 min walk from city centre, but quiet and relaxing. The only negatives I would say is the corridors are very dark (limited lighting) and we thought the additional cost of the spa facilities was expensive.

Credit where it’s due, the service was fantastic and the hotel was one of the most aesthetically pleasing we’ve ever stayed in. Special mention to Joyce one of the maids took the time to talk to myself, answer questions and represented the note really well. One of the best nights away we’ve ever had. Thank you!
