Booked a room with two queen beds and a fridge. I’ve been to this hotel plenty of times and every stay I’ve has been fairly great. The only downsides to the room I had was that the tv especially cable wasn’t good. It had static and was pausing a lot, the shower head was also shooting water from the top of the pipe. I had both issues addressed on the third day of my stay due to me leaving and coming back so I didn’t have time to complain. Between the workers I talked to and the repairman who was able to fix both issues I would say I was happy to stay there and that everything was resolved properly. I will be going back especially with my fur babies.

Be careful if you stay longer than one night and don’t have them clean your room. We never had room service for three nights this includes no new towels or sheets either. Also I asked for a broom to sweep out the room we were on the first floor in the back grassy area so dirt and debris followed us inside our sheet and towels were dirty at checkout because they were never changed however they used this to keep my deposit of $100 and banned me from the hotel grounds all together stating that one of the towels had to be thrown away. I used the towel to wipe the floors down before checkout thinking I was cleaning it up and I reminded them every day that we needed new linens but never recieved any. The front desk kept telling me that the maids would bring them but they never did and on the second night we left the room for four hours giving them notice that we would be gone so they could clean the room it wasn’t until after we returned to our dirty room did the front desk tell me they don’t clean rooms that guests are staying in so we wasted half a day staying away for nothing. I think it’s intentional so they can pocket your deposits.

The room was gross. Blood stains and black tar stains on the sheets. Foul odor from table and bathroom. When we told staff about it they only said its non refundable. We checked out and left that night without even sleeping there. Drove 12 hours home without sleep but it was better than staying in that filth.

The amenities were none; the rooms did not even have basic coffee makers, and there was no central Ice machine. The staff was overwhelmed and this left a bad taste in the customers ' mouths . This place can use an upgrade in so many areas

Lo positivo si se aceptan mascotas, puedes poner youtube en la tele, el estacionamiento está muy accesible, el personal de la noche es amable, lo malo (muy) todo el hotel, áreas verdes, pasillos y escaleras huelen a mariguana (adentro de los cuartos también) las puertas no están seguras, no están limpios los cuartos, no te hacen el aseo diario, solo van y te sacan la basura y “te cambian las toallas” pero en realidad solo se las llevan y luego ya no te quieren dar toallas limpias, muchos huéspedes discuten muy alto en los pasillos afuera de tu cuarto, y no se puede dormir, en realidad no te sientes muy segura en el hotel
