There was an odor of Marijuana coming from one room that had windows covered with foil from the inside. Homeless people sleeping in cars in the parking lot. People coming and going multiple times during the night until 2:00 AM. I would not recommend this place for anyone wanting the get a restful night's sleep.

The room looked clean at first glance although there was a very strong deodorizer smell; at closer look the bedspread was dirty; then a giant cockroach came out! There was food crumbs and another roach in the fridge…it was very late and I was exhausted so I folded back the spread and waited it out after calling the front desk. The smoke alarm was missing parts wires hanging down, the next morning I explained the room had BUGS and I would be unable to continue my stay, I got an apology and promise of a refund,which I was assured by both men at the front desk. However no refund was issued, although the men were polite and promised a refund and did seem sincere in their apology, Expedia was no help, and should have waived the cancellation policy due to the poor and unsanitary conditions

No words…. No staff for checkout, with taped up paper sign back at 8am. Never showed up. Line out the door. This is like a halfway house with long term residents living there and overflowing trash cans and cars in the parking lot up on blocks. I stayed there to save money for UC Davis move in weekend because everything in town was $450 a night, despite the review warnings. Big mistake. Felt unsafe.

*had to clean the bathroom ourselves, toliet seat and tub * broken toliet flooded the room, staff could not fix * offered a different room just to use the bathroom, roach infested *stayed the night with no working toliet *left after one night but still have not received refund for remainder nights
