Foi sem dúvidas a pior experiência! Salva apenas a localização, não sou exigente já fiquei em hotéis simples inúmeras vezes, mas esse foi surpreendente negativamente. Tenho uma filha de 2 anos e fechei o quarto para 3 pessoas, não tinha toalha e nem travesseiro para 3, fui pedir na recepção e me informaram que só no dia seguinte poderiam me dar a toalha depois de ser insistente. Quarto pequeno e sujo de areia cama a mesma sensação de areia (sim gente estou na praia e espero ter uma quantidade de areia) precisei chacoalhar o lençol logo na entrada do quarto, ahhh estão em obra então 06h da manhã já iniciam o barulho e gritaria a janela é encostada na obra, sem cortinha blackout. Café da manhã é sem variedade nenhuma fiquei 4 dias e os pães não foram trocados, extremamente duros, bolos era sobra do dia seguinte salsicha só Deus sabe desde quando estava lá, pois era só sobra do dia anterior e em dias não teve nada de novo. Baratas no refeitório, sem estacionamento. Péssimo.

As fotos do hotel não representam a realidade. Instalações antigas, mal cuidadas. No quarto não tinha telefone, ou seja, para falar com a recepção em caso de necessidade, tínhamos que descer 2 andares. Funcionários antipáticos, principalmente as mulheres que atendem no café da manhã. Onde já se viu você ter que agendar o horário de ir tomar café!? No sábado quando estávamos no restaurante, quando deu 9:35 uma funcionária ficou falando alto que quem quisesse mais alguma coisa deveriam pegar logo porque ela iria recolher tudo, porque o horário do café era só até as 9:30. Ou seja, situação extremamente constrangedora. Eu fiquei morrendo de vergonha. As funcionárias trabalhando com ódio, só por Deus! Experiência horrível, decepção! A única coisa boa do hotel é a localização excelente, de resto, não recomendo.
