Room was tiny and very hot, air con didn't work properly. The swim up bar was dirty , unmanned and not at all inviting as shown on hotel website, tiles missing from seats at bar . The room was sold to me with the inclusion of buffet breakfast, which I paid a bit extra for the inclusion , there was no such thing as a buffet breakfast, however I was served a cold disgusting coffee and was offered 2 fried eggs on toast ( so much for buffet ) . After 10 or 15 mins I asked where my breakfast was as I was the only one in the so called restaurant and got told that the eggs hadn't been delivered yet but they should be here soon. I cancelled my order and walked to another hotel behind this one , where I paid $12 aud for a magnificent , amazing all you can eat buffet breakfast which was sensational , I returned here each day for the remainder of my trip for my breakfast . I will never recommend this 'hotel' to anybody. The rooms have no fridges either .
Greatly disappointed and it dampened the mood of the holiday right from the minute we got there as I paid with Australian $50 notes and had to wait for 15 minutes while they checked to see if they were real notes or not ! They didn't check in front of me though, instead they took the notes to the office behind reception where I could not see who had or what was happening with my money !!! I could spend hours writing this review to ensure I get everything in it but I'm sure you all get a fair idea by what I've written .
