優點：床是舒服的、有提供一些餅乾和飲料、館內的人員態度都很不錯、提供的盥洗用品那些很齊全與貼心。 缺點是淋浴間的有門縫的問題 導致水會流到門外乾地板那邊 上廁所都會不小心踩到 還有就是雖然本館有禁煙 但一進房還是有聞到一些殘留的煙味 待久了鼻子有些不適。

櫃檯服務人員不是很親切、不會主動告知注意事項或房間路線動向，且聊天太大聲，影響櫃檯門面也打擾住宿客人的用餐安寧。 整體住宿環境還算舒服，房間衛浴都很乾淨，但早餐的部分相較住宿價格來說不太理想。

燈光全亮之後，還是非常昏暗的環境，住宿隔天化妝沒有燈光可以化妝。只有熱水瓶的插座可以充電，不太方便。沒有電影可以看，只有一般第四台，很可惜。距離饒河夜市要走一小段路6-10分鐘，算很近，樓下就有7-11很方便。

一開始提供的房型燈光照明偏暗，反映後更換房間有變亮，但也是濁光集中亮度，與app上提供的照片有非常大的落差。早上的餐點非自助式，菜色略顯單調。主要是app照片有非常大的落差，不會想要再入住與推薦。

隔音極佳，距離饒河夜市步行5至10分鐘，飯店附近有捷運南京三民站，也有youbike站能騎乘。非常值得入住。
