Quando a experiência é ruim você pode registrar + quando é terrível você tem obrigação como cidadão. - Equipe da recepção- completamente despreparada é tão ruim que não consegue nem escutar você. Eles abandonam os hospedes na recepção falando e aparece outro tão ruim e sem solução como o que deixou você falando sozinho. - Quarto e instalação: Cama ruim com colchoes velhos, o banheiro é velho mas o pior não é limpo. Nos apart do 18 andar a sensação é naquele box nunca foi passado um Veja, um cloro sequer. Acreditem o hotel não dispõe de coberta. Fui pedir e a resposta foi .. o que tem esta nos quartos. Resumo: corra desse hotel

Não tivemos efetivamente limpeza no flat. Na primeira diária pedi que não fizesse pq tava tudo limpo. Do segundo dia em diante, solicitei. Só trocaram a toalha de piso do chão, recolheram o lixo e arrumaram a cama, mais nada. Não varreram o flat. Como fomos à praia todos os dias, tinha bastante areia no flat. Assim permaneceu. O telefone do flat não funcionou, a tv não sintonizava nenhum canal e os lençóis super finos. Sequer um edredom. Estamos em uma área de praia, porém quando liga o ar condicionado, o quarto fica frio. O café da manhã é farto, o flat é confortável. Não tinha utensílios de cozinha disponíveis.

Trata-se de flats. Estávamos em quatro pessoas e foram disponibilizadas apenas duas toalhas. Os lençóis são extremamente finos e desconfortáveis. Os móveis de MDF estão bastante desgastados, dando a impressão de que o hotel é antigo e necessita de manutenção. O vaso sanitário encontrava-se entupido. Solicitei manta, porém não havia disponibilidade. Ressalto, contudo, a educação, cordialidade e boa vontade dos recepcionistas, que foram extremamente atenciosos durante toda a estadia. Como aspectos positivos, destaco ainda o chuveiro com boa pressão, a vista muito agradável e o café da manhã dentro da média.

Localização excelente, perto da praia. Os quartos na vdd não são quartos, como é um aparthotel, o quarto é um pequeno apartamento, com sala, cozinha , quarto separado e varanda. Não muito moderno, nas é bom. Café da manhã é bom também.
