Our studio was very nice except for the bed. The mattress needs serious help. It was an old spring mattress and NOT comfortable. Otherwise the place was very good.

Great location and view. Online checkin was handled smoothly and our keys were waiting when we arrived. Adjacent to the ferry docks which we thought added to the atmosphere. Would go back

While the decor needed a little upkeep (painters cauk eg) the location and facilities were good for a few days stay. Great views of the ferry port and couldn’t be handier for ferry/ train/bus anywhere

8/10 Very good

The hotel was clean and comfortable the furniture was new and in good condition, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and functional. The member of staff was very welcoming and chatty. It’s an old building and characters are being maintained within it. For what we saw about the town it was good value for money. Very central.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was nice and efficient. Having a small kitchen was a plus. Location is next door to the ferry terminal for those visiting the islands, and paid parking was very convenient. The only negative was the shower, which seemed to have only two settings: ice cold and scalding! But we made do ....
