This hotel was good for what I needed. Nothing special but it was clean and comfortable. The pool and "gym" are not really usable. If you have kids, they would probably enjoy the pool. The breakfast was good and the location iw good. Close to the bus station and a short walk to the mall, Shopping Estação. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend this hotel. Book the hotel from an App like Hotels.com or Expedia for a much better price.

Till en början kändes receptionen ganska opersonlig, ett intryck som delvis förändrades med tiden. Rummet var enkelt men stort och bekvämt. Sängarna var okej men den som städade tycktes aldrig ha lärt sig bädda. Badrummet verkade delvis renoverat men med färg som flagnade från målade ytor och rostiga gångjärn på en fuktskadad dörr. Städningen beskrivs kanske bäst som ytlig.

Bom custo-benefício, café da manhã bom, academia bem simples, quarto ok, cama um pouco macia de mais para o meu gosto. Toalhas limpas, mas meio gastas já. Chuveiro bom, mas espirrava água para fora do box, pois a porta não fechava totalmente. TV estava com a imagem “chuviscada”. Estacionamento pago e bem apertado, mas coberto e se estiver cheio, precisa deixar a chave que levam em outro local.

O hotel é bem localizado, bom atendimento, porém tivemos problwmas no check-in, pois na reserva do hotel constava 01 hóspede a menos, mesmo com a correção imediata não foi providenciado toalhas e materiais de higiene, quando solicitado tive que buscar na recepção. Ainda so re o check-in, chegamos no hotel às 14h30 e acomodação não estava pronta e iria demorarn aproximadamente, 30 minutos. Chuveiro excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso. No demais estadia foi satisfatória e, com certeza, recomendamos.
