Estrutura é antiga, no quarto em que fiquei (304) tinha uma cama razoável, roupa de cama, travesseiros, almofadas, lençol e coberta limpos e cheirosos, toalhas limpas, um ventilador, uma TV pequena com muito chuvisco, duas cadeiras, cômoda e local para roupa, banheiro com chuveiro simples,box etc, nas duas noites em que fiquei teve muito barulho de de música/festa nas proximidades até muito tarde, é proibido fumar no local porém senti cheiro de cigarro forte em várias oportunidades! A equipe muito boa, pessoas educadas e gentis, café da manhã simples porém muito bom, completo! muito bem centralizada no centro de Curitiba, fácil acesso a shopping (ao lado) praças, igrejas, parque árabe tudo muito próximo!

Pelo custo do hotel o ambiente estava de acordo, tive um mal atendimento por um dos funcionários. E o estacionamento (Planalto)que é conveniado com o hotel, um péssimo atendimento além de cobrar mais pernoites do que foi utilizado, pois foram utilizados 3 pernoites e cobrado 4. Repassei as reclamações para a recepção do hotel.
