The photos on the website is misleading. Nothing looked like the photos. The accomodation is located next to industries. The rooms clean but warn.

Owner pulled bait and switch on me and 2 other parties. IE when I got there he said Hotels.com reservation had been cancelled. However, he still had rooms but of course at higher much higher price. Two other parties I spoke with who were attending same event had same issue.

Pour the money the place was decent. If you consider oatmeal or waffle, a hot breakfast then their advertising having hot breakfast would be correct. Not typically what I would consider a hot breakfast.

It was a good hotel for our quick stay in norfolk without spending a ton of money!!! Close to all of the places we needed to go!

Staff was nice. Room was ok. There’s no pool or hot tub which is stated on this app so that was disappointing. I wouldn’t have chose this hotel knowing that. Hot water took a long time to kick in so had a cold shower for part of the time.

Overall, if you need an affordable room to sleep and not much else, not a bad place to stay. Staff was very friendly and room was ok for the price. Shower head adjustments did not work and shower head was mounted at chest level, so I had to bend over to wash my shoulders and head. Pool and hot tub were out of order which was disappointing. Gym was a bunch of random equipment in a very small room that 3 people would struggle to use at the same time. Cable machine sounded like it was going to break at any moment.

There was no one there for over 20 minutes. Sign on desk for a number to call, no answer. He finally showed up. The room was clean enough. Beds comfortable. Shower curtain smelled musty/sour. Breakfast was fine and on time. Probably would not stay here again.

The person who was in charge and checked me into the room was amazing. He made sure we knew the rules and asked if we needed anything. The hotel was clean and quiet. One of the better stays in norfolk for sure.
