Security disappointment

The biggest disappointment was that the windows and doors to my room wouldn't locked ( they led to an outside rooftop balcony). When I brought this to the attention of the gentleman working there he locked the door using a latch that was accessible outside my room - which meant that anyone inside the hotel could have entered the room. I am usually very flexible and openminded when it comes to expectations of hotels while travelling, however security for me is the one thing that I am not willing to compromise on. It was disappointing as the hotel has so much going for it - It was maintained well, nicely decorated and very clean, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

Vacaciones de Playa

El hotel es nuevo y las habitaciones sencillas pero lindas. No podemos decir nada malo. Se nota, que a los empleados les falta la experiencia, pero hicieron esfuerzos de cumplir con nuestros asuntos. La zona es buena si uno quiere hacer vacaciones en la playa. Sin embargo, Cartagena tiene mucho mas para descubrir que solamente el mar.
