Hotel El Espanol provides good service, condition,location, and amenities. Excellent value. No complaints. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location so central, we walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. Paseo de Montejp is a beautiful boulevard lined with gorgeous buildings and featuring all manner of food and entertainment. Highly recommend.

Ideal budget stay

An average stay really. I stayed in a suite room which was very spacious and clean. It was cleaned/serviced everyday to a good standard. Food at the hotel was quite basic and poor and the pool area isn’t the best, but in terms of value for money I think it’s adequate and fair for the price paid. The area around the hotel is good, within very short walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. An ideal budget stay. The staff were very helpful with booking taxis etc.

La habitación con ventana a la alberca es idónea, tranquila y con luz al amanecer sin ruido de calle, pero el aire acondicionado (A/C) es terrible. Está reparado y no permite mover la intensidad/fuerza del ventilador, sólo temperatura. Tampoco permite la oscilación de la ventila del A/C y era extremadamente ruidodo

Dirty and horrible

I am totally shocked that this website would include this hotel in their selection. We had scheduled 12 days at this location but we left after 2 days. The room was dirty, the curtains were soiled, the bathrooms were rusted out, I can go on and on with how dirty, old and unsafe this hotel is. Somebody needs to put a stop to it immediately.

el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, pero esta muy descuidado y las instalaciones se ven viejas. En la habitación los artículos de cortesía son apenas lo indispensable. Hace falta mantenimiento, la regadera urge quitarle el sarro, el chorro sale para todos lados. la coladera se ve sucia. Las camas únicamente cuentan con sabanas. ni cobertor, ni cubrecama. El Aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Si quieres agua debes solicitarla en la recepción cada día. La actitud del personal no muy amable. La alberca sin mantenimiento adecuado y sin ninguna amenidad.

Desde que hice el check in muy mala actitud del recepcionista , al grado de grosero. Quise cancelar y que lo viera con quien hice mi reserva. Lo cual no me resolvieron nada. Asi que tuve que pasar el martirio de 4 noches ahi. Solo agradezco a un joven que me ayudo a pasar mi caso a la Gerente la cual munca pudo atenderme y me pasaron a otra habiatacion un poco mejor y me dieron toallas y papel.de baño, lo cual parecia oro. El Hotel.lo que tiene es ubicación y buena precion de agua en la regadera Sucio, sucios y malos los colchones; pesima calidad toallas y sabanas y lo minimo de amenidades(shampoo,acond y crema) El restaurante ni hablamos, mal cafe, mala presentacion ee susalimentos . Tmb un problema con las servilletas y sillas muy manchadas. Lo rescatable su ubicación y estacionamiento. Saludos

La estancia todp bien, nada espectacular mas que la ubicación. Sonre reserva, a pesar de haber reservado por la app, el hotel se comunicó conmigo solicitandome el pago por transferencia de la primer noche. Llame y el ejecutivo que me atendió se mostró bastante cerrado sin dar alternativas. Si llevas auto, el estacionamiento esta a mas de 1 cuadra y es limitado te iendo que estacionar en la calle si se llena
