I had an amazing stay at Ibiza Barra Hotel. Nobody spoke any English and I don't speak any Portuguese, so there was definitely a language barrier, but all of the staff were so amazing and so patient while I tried to translate. Particularly Ezequiel was amazing, he was very friendly and helpful and we were sad to have to say goodbye. If I ever visit Barra again I will be looking to book here!

Quarto limpo, funcionário muito gentis e solicitos, piscina grande e limpa. Mas o café da manhã é sofrível! É o pior que já comi em toda a minha vida. Sucos industrializados, Bolos solados e ressecados, Pão velho, frios passados ( nao tivemos coragem de comer nem o presunto e nem o queijo, pois a cor ja estava estranha, parecia que ja estava sendo usado a varios dias) . A diária nao é barata, o hotel é bem localizado, acho que o mínimo é servir um cafe da manha decente, com Pães e bolos frescos.

A estadia foi bem diferente do que esperávamos ao reservar, principalmente considerando as fotos e as avaliações anteriores. Infelizmente, acabou sendo decepcionante. Deu a impressão de que o hotel está em forte contenção de custos. Em várias áreas comuns, incluindo a área do café da manhã, os ar-condicionados estavam desligados. Também havia apenas um elevador funcionando. A internet foi provavelmente o ponto mais problemático. No quarto ela praticamente não funcionava, e nas áreas comuns havia diversas redes diferentes que caíam o tempo todo, exigindo que você ficasse trocando de rede constantemente. Como eu estava viajando a trabalho, isso acabou dificultando bastante o meu dia a dia. A experiência na piscina também foi péssima, pois havia música tocando continuamente em volume alto. Em um espaço que normalmente é pensado para relaxamento, seria interessante permitir um ambiente mais neutro. Quando se quer ouvir música, normalmente se busca um bar ou outro local onde seja possível escolher o estilo. No quarto, a TV não funcionava. O ar-condicionado resfriava bem, mas era bastante barulhento. Além disso, o quarto é muito pequeno e a cama e os travesseiros foram bastante desconfortáveis — algo que foge um pouco do que normalmente se espera de um hotel.

Os lençois/ cobertas cheiram a mofo, fiquei com alegia durante todos os dias da estadia. Atendimento péssimo, com excessão aos atendentes da piscina que eram ótimos. Para o custo benefício um Ibis da de 1000x 0. Nosso primeiro quarto estava com um vazamento enorme no banheiro.

Hotel parece meio largado, o primeiro contato com a atendente do hotel foi péssima, sem nenhuma atitude. Estava ali por uma obrigação. Quando chegou outra pessoa resolveu tudo... Piscina só abre às 10:00 e fecha às 20:00... Cozinha do hotel fica mais fechada do que atendendo pedidos... Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto bom. Limpeza rezoável. Banheiro pequeno (mas nao atrapalhou).
