Everything at this hotel was good. We have stayed here a few times and not disappointed in all of the places around if that are very close (restaurants, shopping, coffee shops). There is only one thing I was not happy about and that was that Hotels.com emailed an invoice to me for 2 rooms, one night and the price was $299 or $150 each for the room. That was so very wrong our room was $66 each for the night. Get your act together Hotels.com

When i checked in the person at the desk acted annoyed that i rang the bell. The room ended up being more than what it was said to be on the website. When i got in the room it was freezing, i had to have the heat cranked all the way to keep it warm in the room. The floor was dirty. No microwave or fridge. No remote for the tv, i had to go to the desk and ask for one and was looked at like i was annoying him again. There was a dog barking in the hall in the early morning.
