Minimalist, basic clean room, friendly staff, nice towels. Microwave and refrigerator worked well. Furnace fan rather loud, and no hangers. Reasonable for the price, and dog friendly. Thank you!

Stayed here for a few days for a work trip. Its a motel, but served the purpose well. Walkable to the downtown area for food. I felt safe walking alone at night.

Basic, but well-maintained and convenient. The staff at budget in was great, taking care of check in and housekeeping in a friendly and efficient manner. It is located in the main retail district, so restaurants and shops are all conveniently located to the hotel.

It's an older hotel. The room was renovated fairly recently. It was clean and comfortable. The street noise was a little much at night, but that's not the hotel's fault. Good location. Could walk to Safeway, the downtown festivities on Friday night and the attractions on the UW campus.
