It was a comfortable room, they were no handicap or rooms available on the bottom floor and it was hard walking upstairs. I think they should clean the air conditioner filter daily , they were very dirty . Sorry I wouldn't stay there again, when we arrived they were cops there and at night two other gentlemen arguing, I had my granddaughters with me, it's not a place for family to stay

Staff was courteous, but didn't have a room available by 3:00 pm, I told them I had already been waiting for 3 hrs because I got in from out of town at 12 noon. At 3pm was told no room available but I told them I needed to rest and all of a sudden a room becomes available. I did find old used soap in the shower and a roach in my room. Still have a 5 star rating because they allow pets to stay for free
