Generally, a lovely hotel with friendly staff. The apartments seem a bit dated since I stayed there 3 years ago. Furnishings not very comfortable but apartment has good amenities. We got a One bed apartment with Balcony and Lake views on the 11th floor, Perfect ! Check in was so easy and helpful . A walk or Uber to anywhere in the city is cheap and easy and downstairs bar was cost warm ( fire) with a lovely cocktail menu. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back.

Overall, quite a nice and modern hotel. Friendly staff. Good food. However, we stayed in the apartments and there is NO AIR-CONDITIONING! The room was constantly hot and stuffy even in the middle of winter. We were told to open doors and windows to cool the room, which at this price point is outrageous. Very disappointing.
