I understand Japan is not Canada, but people should be treated with respect. As a Chinese traveller, I was treated badly by one of this hotel’s staff. There was a white lady right before me, and this staff gave a totally opposite attitude. Please avoid here if you are East Asian but non Japanese, even if you are English fluent.

The room was clean and quiet. They have the most hard and uncomfortable pillows ever. Every day I turned my bed around and 3 times they turned it back so I had to turn it around again. Other than when we arrived no one ever said irrashaimase or made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good value.

京都駅とホテルは徒歩行ける距離で良かったです。シングルルームでしたがハンガーが充分にあったので雨で濡れた服が掛かれて便利でした。和食朝食を選びました、品数も多く良かったです。少々、焼き魚が硬くて残念。。。 朝食のドリンクバーのお茶がぬるかったです 京都の緑茶なら、なお嬉しかったなぁーと思いました。フロントの近くにウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーやレモンティーなどがあり、ありがたく頂きました〜！
