The hotel is infested with roaches. I didn’t notice them the first few nights but saw them in the hallway. I notified the staff and they informed me that the General Manager Rohan knew about the roaches but didn’t care. We ended up spraying the hallway with roach spray. On my departure I had to spray all my belongings with roach spray. The front desk clerk, manager Tabitha, and GM were all rude and disrespectful. I tried to be understanding until they told me that there were not roaches despite the many pictures I was showing them of them. They put another guest in the room directly where most of the roaches were.

The check in was quick & easy. The front desk attendant was very courteous. The room was well equipped and clean, for the most part. I did find blood splatter on a pillow, the room was a bit dated (carpet, curtains, tv & paint) the room really could benefit from smart tvs in the rooms. Overall the 2 night stay was not bad at all, I would stay again if ever the need.
