front desk staff is ver friendly. the room is very spacious. great location within walking distance of kansas state and manhattan christian college with restaurants and bars nearby. better than average breakfast. the bed was comfortable and the towels are thick. would stay here again. they did indicate they would be converting to a graduate by Hilton property so not sure if that will come with changes.

Large room but the room and the hotel look tired and very dated and need updating. TV is small, I could not really see the screen from my bed (the downside of having a large room), 1 plug by the work area (and one of those was used by the TV). Parking was $17 per night, kind of outrageous for Manhattan, KS. Had a hard time getting my room serviced but the front desk was very nice about it and gave me a credit. The restaurant and bar was good!
