para ser un hotel de dos estrellas esta bien, la habitacion es normal, con buena ubicacion, no tiene calefaccion, si aire acondicionado, tiene buenas vistas a la playa, muy dificil de aparcar, pero el hotel tiene convenio con unos parking, y se puede dejar el coche por 24 horas, por supuesto pagando. el baño muy pequeño, la ducha era un cuadrado de 1metro por 1 metro, de vidrio, me parecio muy caro pero todos los hoteles de san sebastian estaban con precios elevados

We travelled in March and this was chosen as a low cost option so we were happy with the basic accommodation. The shower works, the cleaner works hard, and the complementary tea and fresh coffee were all appreciated. Our room (22) is getting somewhat shabby and there was an odd smell which I don't think the hotel can fix without a refurbishment.

Loved the location near the beach, such a beautiful place to see when you walk out thr door in the morning. The hotel staff can be loud in the morning, waking me up most days but overall, for the money, it was great value, comfortable (no frills) and I would happily stay there again.

Luckily we had a room facing the beach which was lovely. Decent size room with bed up a few steps. (Not so good for that middle of the night wee!) Small fridge, air-conditioning and hairdryer in the room with free tea and coffee in reception. Hotel is right at the end of the beach area, next to a few bars that closed pretty early, so no noise. To note, we didn't spot the external electric blinds until the third night so thought it was a bit light! There was also a funny kind of clicking noise every 5 mins or so. I don't know what this was, whether it was in our room (no 11) or external? Should have mentioned to reception but forgot! Not very comfy pillows. One big bolster one and a smaller one that my husband and I shared. That had an impact on how we could spread out in the bed. This is a basic hotel with external parking right opposite the surfing beach. Friendly staff and about a 30 mins walk to the old town. Buses go from about 600 meters away.

Great location right on Playa Zurriola. not central but a very pleasant seaside walk gets to the old town in about 10~15 minutes. My room was great, but had some missing baseboards and some pieces of the flooring had separated and collected some junk in the cracks. Hardly a fatal flaw.
