We stayed at the hotel with 2 children and loved the easy access to the beach and water slides. The entertainment team was superb and we never got bored (even though it rained for 2 whole days). The check-in/out and dining was 5-star too. The only thing we didn’t like was the on-site photography studio taking pictures of the kids without our consent and then displaying them in the shop. But when asked to remove and delete the photos they did.

Incredible Service and Food Marred by Misleading Amenities. We had a mixed experience here, though the hotel staff and culinary team deserve five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; the staff treated us like family, and the food was consistently amazing. However, the property is currently a major construction zone. Much of the resort is surrounded by work sites, leaving the basketball and tennis courts non-functional. Most advertised water slides are out of order or under construction, with only the children's slides available. The gym is also a letdown: the equipment is rusty, outdated, and only one of the three treadmills actually works. Other advertised perks, like the sushi bar and rowing, simply do not exist, and there is a hidden fee for the billiards table and game room. A major warning regarding the Spa: Please note that the spa is a third party only renting space and is not affiliated with the hotel. While the hotel staff is lovely, the spa management and sales team were incredibly pushy, rude, and unprofessional. They misrepresented their packages and changed pricing daily based on arbitrary reasons. It was a total turnoff. I ended up going to an outside hamaam for a fraction of the price and received 10x better service. The Bottom Line: Come for the wonderful hotel staff and the food, but be prepared for significant construction and misleading amenity descriptions. Stay far away from the on-site spa sales team.

The way it was kid focused made it the best family vacation to-date. The Entertainment Crew were amazing, and relentlessly worked to include the guests every day, but let us just bake under the sun lazily if we wanted to. The spa center was high quality. I've been to at least 20 Turkish hamams, and this is by far the cleanest, most aesthetically charming bath house I've been to. For a massage, ask for Dehwi, simply the best.

Not worth The money!

Worn down all in all ! Rooms are small with worn down furniture. Bathroom with overflow of water in showerdrain and zink, mold in all corners in shower. Only german speeking staff - very poor in english - if any! Very pushy staff, trying to sell massage/hamam, very overpriced ! Advitise 6 restaurants, there are ONLY ONE restaurant and two snackbars!!! Which one of them opens at Night as a ala carte restaurant !! My only advise is: use your money else where! What a disapointment and waste!

Not the holiday we expected. A Very Average Hotel!

When I read reviews it´s normally the person is upset or is probably a contact from the hotel chain making it look good . I´m the upset one but am writing with a level head now we are home. I booked this holiday to Turkey ( the 3 of us have been 10+ times ) under the impression from the website and some write ups that it was going to be great for our family, especially our 5 yr Old daughter. How wrong I was! It´s impossible to go into every detail but if I was to say the 5 Star rating is "high" is a massive understatement! Our Initial room was on the 5th floor and had a view of the pools & ocean. However the idea of the nice view is killed by the apartments that look directly into the room and that at 8.30 pm the Entertainment starts and the noise from it was so loud it felt like we were part of the show subsequently we couldn´t get any sleep and moved to the front of the hotel . Where at 5.45 am the Prayers start everyday at the Mosque across the road.Seems this hotel is great if you are an insomniac!! The food is identical each day.The guys in the Spa are SOO over the top in their negotiations and don´t deliver.Viktoria and the kids club staff are great! The staff speak very little English and some are simply rude! The Beach is a pebbled one and really uncomfortable to enjoy - the pools however were nice in comparison. The hotel is stale and old and I wouldn´t recommend this to an enemy let alone a friend. Look elsewhere for a hotel guys and I hope this review helped.
